Commercial Lines Account Manager

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Blanchard & Calhoun division. This role supports Producers in servicing and managing Commercial Lines accounts including new business, renewals, and ongoing client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in commercial insurance account management. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process and collaborate with Producers on account strategy
• Serve as a primary client contact for service-related inquiries
• Prepare applications and market accounts to insurance carriers
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and bind coverage
• Coordinate non-renewals, premium audits, and billing matters
• Collect loss information and maintain accurate client records
• Review policy documentation and ensure proper file management
• Maintain agency management system records and support ongoing account service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum 4 years of insurance industry experience
• Experience with Applied Epic required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
