What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
  • Water heater repairs and installations (tank and tankless)
  • Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics
  • Leak detection and plumbing repairs
  • Fixture installation and replacement
  • Gas line installation and repairs
  • Repipes and plumbing system upgrades
  • Light commercial plumbing service work
  • Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle
  • Communicating clearly with customers and team members
  • Completing job documentation accurately and professionally

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of residential plumbing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with service and repair plumbing
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls
  • Ability to lift 70+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas

Preferred Experience

  • Water heater repair and installation
  • Tankless water heater experience
  • Gas piping experience
  • Sewer and drain diagnostics
  • Repiping projects
  • Customer-facing service work
