Custom Sales Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

RAYGUN is growing our custom sales program and looking for someone to be the go-to person for incoming leads and new client onboarding. You’ll help customers figure out what they need, put together quotes, and translate their ideas to our production team so we can bring them to life. This is a computer-heavy, client-facing role where clear communication and staying organized really matter.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond to inbound inquiries and bulk order requests
• Put together accurate quotes and look for natural ways to grow order sizes (better blanks, larger quantities, stronger designs)
• Lead onboarding for new accounts and make sure clients want to keep working with us
• Follow up proactively with past clients and stagnant quotes ahead of upcoming events or needs
• Help clients articulate their design vision and translate it into clear notes for our design team
• Act as the bridge between sales and production - keep projects on schedule using our internal tools
• Keep the pipeline updated so everyone knows where each deal stands
• Collaborate with other teams over Slack on inventory, timelines, and custom capabilities
• Work with vendors to check stock, order blanks, and source products for custom jobs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
• Detail-oriented and able to follow through independently
• Quick to learn new software and tools
• Team player who works well across departments
• Customer service or client-facing experience a plus
• Experience with Shopify, Slack, Microsoft applications or similar platforms is a bonus - not required
• Creative eye or design background would also be helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16 - $20/hour
