Senior Multi-Process Welder & Mentor (AWS D1.1)

Goodwill Southwest Florida in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Certified Welder II to perform high-quality multi-process welding. The role includes mentoring less experienced welders and supporting complex fabrication projects while maintaining AWS and AISC standards.

The ideal candidate is AWS D1.1 certified and completes AISC Welding Training. This position emphasizes both skilled welding and training, ensuring quality and safety in our fabrication processes. Salary ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
