Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Project Manager
This position is responsible for performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to answering phones, routing calls, disseminating mail/email, filing, managing spread sheets, and supporting field workers with their needs.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Ability to maintain daily work schedules for field personnel.
Must be able to order electrical materials for various projects.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, mail, and in‑person.
Performs filing, scanning, and copying.
Performs varies data entrytasks within specific computer software.
High school diploma or equivalent education required.
1‑2 years of administrative assistant experience minimum, preferably working for a construction company.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
