We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to provide specialized mobile/home health therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to specialize in a growing area of therapy focused on lymphedema and lymphatic care.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (PTA - CLT)

Typical full-time clinicians complete 24-30 visits per week

Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 - $92,000+ based on visit volume

Visits typically range from 70-85 minutes

Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of a PT

Implement individualized treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist

Provide hands-on therapy and patient education

Maintain accurate documentation

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Qualifications

Active Florida PTA license

CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Home health experience preferred

Reliable transportation for local travel

Comfortably using electronic documentation systems

Florida Coverage Areas are assigned close to home.

South Florida, Central Florida, Volusia County, Space Coast, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville regions.
