  • Build and maintain a sphere of influence with 200+ trusted contacts who know, respect, and rely on them.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Execute business-building activities a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Licensed professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Sphere of Influence of 200+ People
  • Engaged in 3 or more communities in Atlanta

Leads - You’ll have more opportunities to acquire clients

  • We complete a neighborhood search around where you live to identify approximately 250-300 leads to add to your database and to farm.
  • Access to on-line leads generated through the Facebook Ads we run on all team listings – we average 50-70 leads per week.
  • Access to Expireds and FSBOs Leads through our ownership of Landvoice
  • We provide a curated list of leads in our database looking to buy any listing in the MLS so that you can call and offer to show them that property.
  • Access to Luxury leads through our luxury listing open houses through which you can raise your average sales price and income.
  • Chatel Group has a database with over 16,000 leads from which you can gain access by demonstrating your willingness to call your own sphere.
  • We receive 5-10 agent referral leads each year from agents across the US
  • Chatel Group receives leads through Effective Agents and OJO for which we pay a 35% referral fee which will lower your compensation.
  • In addition, we use sign text lead capture to increase the number of leads generated by each of our listings.
  • Our Day-In-the-Life System in Brivity drives significantly higher conversion rates with leads.
