Junior Electronics Sales Representative

Austin, TX | Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid)

We are seeking a Junior Electronics Sales Representative with 3-5 years of sales experience to support and grow our electronics business. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is eager to develop technical sales skills. Experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS) or energy storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales of electronic products to U.S. and international customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
• Maintain customer and sales records (CRM)
• Support achievement of sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of sales experience (electronics, software or technology preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn technical products

Nice to Have

• Exposure to BMS, lithium-ion batteries, or energy storage systems
• B2B or technical sales experience
• Experience supporting international or cross-border customers

Compensation

• $80,000 annual base salary + performance-based bonus/commission
• Sales and technical training with mentorship is provided.
