We are looking for a new Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product Team! This individual will report into our Product Management Team Lead and own several complex, cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives at once, driving each from research through launch and post-launch analysis with significant autonomy. They will set the vision and goals for their initiatives, help prioritize them against broader business objectives, and raise the bar for the product practice by improving delivery standards and mentoring junior product managers.

This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

This position will require travel to our NY office headquarters up to 6 times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.

A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Remote (Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST with flexibility

Salary: $109,000 – $137,398 annually

Responsibilities :

Provides strategic vision and leadership to our largest and most complex initiatives, resolving ambiguous, escalated, and cross-functional challenges with sound, independent judgment

Leads comprehensive user and market research to inform product strategy, validating insights through data analysis and customer and stakeholder interviews

Sets vision and strategic goals for complex projects, defines the experience architecture and desired outcomes across multiple user journeys, and adapts plans and documentation as business needs change

Owns commercial outcomes for the customer experience — connecting the product roadmap to financial goals and margin, and balancing customer acquisition cost against lifetime value

Drives conversion optimization across the funnel, including checkout friction, search relevance, and personalization

Translates Amplitude (or similar) analytics, behavioral data, and continuous A/B test results into actionable roadmap decisions

Partners with engineering on platform direction, including modern headless architecture, robust APIs, and enterprise commerce capabilities

Identifies and prioritizes opportunities to apply AI and machine learning — such as dynamic pricing, smart search, and recommendation engines

Owns and oversees the product backlog, requirements, and user stories across multiple projects, and improves the team’s documentation and delivery practices

Builds product documentation within JIRA and runs scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and sprint review

Leads UAT planning and execution and is ultimately responsible for testing and approval of implementation, ensuring stable, scalable delivery ahead of high-traffic peak seasons

Establishes project KPIs, develops A/B test and staged rollout plans, builds performance monitoring plans, and performs post-launch analysis to determine success and surface new opportunities

Communicates complex insights and outcomes to senior stakeholders, mentors and trains junior product managers, and influences and improves work across departments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field

7+ years of product experience, with 5+ years serving in a similar role on a Product/Customer Experience Team

2+ years of e-commerce industry experience

A track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end

Strong data fluency, with the ability to turn Amplitude analytics, behavioral data, and A/B test results into roadmap decisions

Experience defining and running A/B tests and experimentation (e.g., Amplitude) and establishing project KPIs and performance monitoring plans

Experience with JIRA and Confluence, or equivalent tools, for documentation and scrum ceremonies
