We're partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant supporting its Communications leadership and broader tea
m.
This is not a traditional one-to-one executive support role. While you'll support the Chief Communications Officer, you'll also serve as a key partner to a highly visible, collaborative team responsible for the firm's global brand, marketing, and communications initiativ
es.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have supported Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or Branding teams and enjoy operating in fast-paced, high-touch environme
nts.
Experience working at a financial services firm and supporting a communications team is highly prefe
rred.
What You'
ll Do:• Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars across multiple time
zones• Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, meetings, and team log
istics• Partner closely with communications leadership on projects, presentations, team initiatives, and special
events• Coordinate offsites, team events, and stakeholder me
etings• Serve as a trusted point of contact across senior leadership, internal partners, and external stakeh
olders• Help drive team operations and ensure day-to-day priorities run sm
