Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman services
Diagnose issues and provide efficient repair solutions
Follow local safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain communication with the Superior team throughout each project
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Must own a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials
Must have your own tools and be comfortable working independently
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates
Required Qualifications
HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification
General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
W9 with valid Tax ID required
Completion of onboarding and portal training required prior to receiving work orders
