Job Overview:

Search Solution Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter on behalf of our client, a company that specializes in foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization is staffed with top-tier talent by managing full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining seamless communication and process accuracy throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: • Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, HR compliance, company policies, and departmental procedures

  • Coordinate with Human Resources, hiring managers, and staffing teams to confirm hiring needs
  • Update and maintain active requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a weekly basis
  • Manage the ATS and document all open requisitions and candidate activity, including interview notes, feedback, and hiring documentation
  • Partner with approved recruiting agencies as needed
  • Conduct intake calls to review requirements, establish interview schedules, and define recruitment strategies
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through active and passive methods using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Assess candidates for current and future roles through consistent screening
  • Schedule in-person and/or virtual interviews; coordinate candidate travel when needed
  • Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders; track progress toward recruiting goals
  • Draft and extend verbal and written offer letters and assist with negotiations
  • Track offer acceptance progress and ensure timely acceptance
  • Maintain productive relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Reliably report to work on time each working day
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements Include: Education: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR equivalent work experience

Experience: • Three or more years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required

Skills: • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong customer service abilities (internal and external)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Certifications: • HR professional certification preferred but not required

Knowledge: • Understanding of talent acquisition and HR principles, practices, and procedures
