In this role, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, building strong client and partner relationships, and ensuring a smooth loan process from application to closing.You will work closely with processing and underwriting teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality client experience while contributing to a high-performance sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and originate residential mortgage loan applicationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, clients, and referral partnersAssess borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable loan productsGuide borrowers through the loan process from pre-qualification to closingMaintain consistent communication to deliver an excellent client experienceCollaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely loan fundingMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly production targetsStay current on loan programs, lending guidelines, and market trendsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulationsCompensation & CommissionCommission paid per funded loanCommission structure based on loan volume and/or loan amountUncapped earning potentialPerformance-based incentives for top producers(Optional customization)Additional bonus incentives available for exceeding monthly production targetsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Active NMLS Loan Originator LicenseStrong communication and customer service skillsSales-driven mindset with excellent follow-up disciplineAbility to manage multiple loan files simultaneouslyBasic knowledge of mortgage products and lending processesStrong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred:2+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experienceExperience working with real estate agents and referral networksFamiliarity with LOS systems (e.g., Encompass, LendingPad, etc.)Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Chinese, if applicable)Performance ExpectationsAchieve monthly loan production targetsMaintain a consistent and healthy pipelineDeliver high levels of client satisfactionRespond promptly to client and partner inquiriesEnsure full compliance with company and regulatory standardsWhy Join AlphaX?Shape Our Strategic Growth: AlphaX is in a pivotal phase of expansion.
