Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new business leads via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers
Book discovery calls, product demos and meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all prospect interactions
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation targets
Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team on campaigns and strategies
Requirements
1+ year of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B environment
Resilient, competitive and highly motivated by targets and results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
