Property Claims Adjuster

Managing homeowner property claims from first notice of loss through resolution, the full-time remote Property Claims Adjuster will conduct thorough investigations, produce accurate estimates, and deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end property claim handling, including conducting investigations and determining liability Prepare accurate property damage estimates and maintain thorough file documentation Provide superior customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and agents Required Qualifications 8+ years of property adjusting claims experience and customer service Experience writing estimates in Cotality, Xactimate, or a comparable platform Active adjuster license(s) or eligibility to obtain licenses in all required states Experience in a remote or hybrid claims environment Proficiency in Microsoft and Google productivity tools
