Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity in the greater Baltimore area as a Speech Language Pathologist, serving local schools for the 2026-2027 academic year. In this on-site assignment, you'll collaborate with a supportive school community dedicated to student empowerment and growth. What you'll bring:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Maryland Professional Licensure (provide image of licensure)

Willingness to comply with House Bill 486, including district background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review

Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (preferred)

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Your role will involve:

Delivering direct speech and language therapy services to students, per individualized education plans (IEPs)

Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing actionable goals to support student achievement

Documenting progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Attending IEP meetings and contributing insights to ensure each students success

Potentially traveling between assigned schools (number of schools and caseload to be determined)

Engaging in ongoing professional development and compliance with school district policies

On-site presence required throughout the duration of the school year contract

This position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week from early September to mid-June. The role provides the chance to make a meaningful difference within the school environment, while further developing your professional skills working alongside dedicated educators and clinicians.
