Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area for a Landscape Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects stay within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction site operations, maintaining communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the integrity and quality of the work in alignment with design goals.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Construction Project Management and Project Management

Proficiency in Project Coordination across teams and stakeholders

Demonstrated skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of projects

Hands‑on expertise in Construction Management with a focus on quality and timelines

Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, collaborative environment

Familiarity with landscape architecture or garden design is an asset

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field is preferred
