What You'll Do
- Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom environment
- Work with hand tools, microscopes, blades, and precision instruments
- Rotate through multiple stations and expand your skill set through cross-training
- Perform detailed assembly and inspection under a microscope
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standards
- Communicate clearly in English for documentation and auditing
- Assist with labeling tasks that require accurate color recognition
What You Bring
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to read measurements using rulers and calipers
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Organized, reliable, and willing to work overtime when needed
Preferred (But Not Required)
- 6+ months of medical assembly or manufacturing experience
- Cleanroom or microscope experience
- Reliable transportation
Entry-level candidates are welcome—training is provided.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
