Basic Requirements:
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
- Solid understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
- Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–35% for campus visits and events.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience managing university-level requisitions (internship and full-time) and intern programming
- .Technically savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
