Basic Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
  • Solid understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–35% for campus visits and events.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience managing university-level requisitions (internship and full-time) and intern programming
  • .Technically savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • .Ability to quickly learn and articulate Client’s core technologies and business areas
