Medical Recpetionist

We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist (1099 position) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all patients are checked in efficiently and courteously to provide a superior patient experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to remain clear, friendly, and professional.
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing appointments, phone calls, and patient files simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to handle unexpected situations with a calm demeanor.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of scheduling software and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Interpersonal Skills: A high degree of empathy, patience, and tact.
