Job Overview

We are seeking Security Officers to join Baron Investigative Group, a private security company founded and operated by prior military and law enforcement professionals.

In this role, you will provide professional security services across a variety of assignments in the Seattle–Tacoma area. Responsibilities may include access control, site monitoring, patrol duties, and incident response depending on assignment location.

This is a flexible, assignment-based position with opportunities for ongoing work.

Duties

• Monitor assigned locations to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Control access to facilities by verifying identification and authorizing entry
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned sites to identify safety or security concerns
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or disturbances
• Report and document incidents, observations, and daily activity logs
• Maintain professional communication with clients, staff, and, when necessary, emergency responders
• Support de-escalation of situations as needed based on site requirements

Requirements

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred but not required
• Strong situational awareness and ability to follow post orders
• Professional communication and reporting skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods
• Reliable and able to work assigned schedules or shifts
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required

We are currently building a team of qualified security personnel for upcoming and ongoing assignments in the Seattle–Tacoma area.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
