Role Description The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time hybrid position based in Plantation, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, scheduling and conducting property showings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. The Real Estate Agent will prepare and review contracts, negotiate offers, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and communicate with lenders, title companies, and other partners to support smooth closings. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, updating listings, managing client relationships, and using digital tools and CRM systems to track activities and pipelines.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property principles.
- Experience in Real Estate transactions, including residential sales and leasing.
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Excellent Customer Service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time between in-office, in-field, and remote tasks.
- Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic office software.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, appointments, and open houses.
- Previous experience in the South Florida market or similar real estate environment is beneficial.
