What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a fun, warm, and energetic SLP or SLPA who loves working with kids, brings playful energy into sessions, and is eager to learn and grow professionally.
This position can be part-time or full-time. It includes in-clinic sessions at our Westchester office, with in-home sessions depending on caseload needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current California SLP or SLPA license
- At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric clients
- Experience and confidence working with the EI and school-aged population
- Current CPR certification and negative TB test
- Meet continuing education and licensure requirements
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes as needed
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, individualized, and child-led speech therapy
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with caregivers and provide practical parent education and coaching
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with families and team members
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
- For SLPs: conduct speech-language evaluations and write strength-based evaluation and progress reports
- For SLPAs: provide services under the supervision of a licensed SLP and collaborate closely with the supervising therapist
