The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the full-cycle management of a portfolio of commercial assets across the Maryland market, ensuring operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and strong financial performance. This role serves as a key liaison between ownership, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

This individual will oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, financial tracking, and tenant relations. They will proactively identify opportunities to improve property performance, control expenses, and enhance the overall tenant experience. The Property Manager is expected to regularly assess building conditions, recommend capital improvements, and ensure that all properties are maintained in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

In addition to day-to-day operations, the role plays a critical part in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, partnering with leadership to meet financial goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, navigating tenant needs, and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of commercial building systems, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. The Commercial Property Manager must be equally effective working independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service across the portfolio.
