The Analyst, Accounting Process & Policy supports a range of high-impact accounting and operational initiatives across Welltower’s growing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with Accounting, Investments, IT, Treasury, and Operations teams on meaningful, enterprise-wide projects.
