Disaster Support Agent

Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls to assist individuals and families impacted by natural disasters and emergencies Research and provide information on available resources such as shelter, food, and health services Participate in ongoing training and maintain readiness to respond during active disaster response periods Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to respond within 1-2 hours of notification during active response periods Proficient in using multiple computer applications efficiently Experience in handling detailed work with accuracy and speed Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during surge periods
