Service Team Leader (Commercial Roofing Service)

RAMCON is expanding and looking for a Service Team Leader in Tampa. This role is built for an experienced commercial roofing leader who can also sell, build relationships, and drive results.

If you’re an experienced commercial roofer who also knows how to sell, build trust with property managers, and keep crews busy with quality work, this is a serious opportunity.

What you’ll own

• Manage and grow commercial service accounts
• Generate repair and maintenance workload for dedicated crews
• Build and sell proposals (including real-time add-ons while on-site)
• Drive customer satisfaction, speed, and clean execution
• Help convert customers into long-term preventative maintenance relationships

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial roofing background (service-side preferred)
• Leadership experience (foreman, superintendent, service manager, or similar)
• Confidence with customers and jobsite communication
• Sales ability: identify scope, price it cleanly, and close
• Based in Tampa and able to handle frequent site visits
