Position Summary

We are hiring Assembly Production Associates to support automotive manufacturing operations in the Birmingham Area. This position involves assembling metal automotive components, operating production equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive metal parts and components according to specifications
• Operate basic production machinery and hand tools
• Load and unload parts from fixtures or welding equipment
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Follow standardized work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production and efficiency targets
• Follow all plant safety policies and PPE requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours
• Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Willing to work overtime when required
