Compensation:

• Average reps earn $75K-$150K+

What You'll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle (lead generation through project completion).
• Conduct door-to-door outreach, build referral networks, and create your own pipeline.
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and in-home consultations.
• Utilize CRM software to track prospects and manage pipeline.

Who We Want:

• Self-starter with drive, grit, and accountability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, pest control, windows, home security, etc.) — but we'll train the right person.
