**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum Master practices. **Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the point of contact and client interface for project technology-related issues
- Manage project expectations, evaluate project needs, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that program needs are met with respect to urgency and priority
- Develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; seeks opportunities to add value to internal and external client initiatives
- Review all project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy meet project, stakeholder, and contractual standards
- Execute all project management functions, including work breakdown and cost estimation, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of technical progress against defined timetables and budgets, and staff assignment and development
- Lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services
- Define and implement development plans for assigned projects
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams
- Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, QA, business operations, shared services, and client-facing teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Provide project and team performance metrics, including status, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, velocity, burnup/burndown, milestones, and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 7+ years of project management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience
- 3+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development or IT delivery teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or Agile teams
- Experience creating project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level updates
- Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, QA, systems analysts, and production support teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP preferred
