About the Role:
We are seeking ASE Certified automotive technicians and inspectors to join our nationwide contractor network. You will perform on-site inspections on a range of vehicles including cars, trucks, EVs, motorcycles, RVs, and specialty vehicles. You choose when and where you work and get paid weekly, making this an excellent opportunity to earn $50–$100 per hour with complete flexibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed on-site pre-purchase inspections
- Inspect exterior, interior, undercarriage, and engine components
- Use a bidirectional OBD2 scanner to read codes
- Take clear photos of the vehicle’s condition
- Submit findings through the Inspector Mobile app
- Coordinate appointments with sellers
- Conduct test drives when permitted and safe
Requirements:
- ASE Certification (required)
- Experience as a mechanic, technician, or vehicle inspector
- Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tools (bidirectional OBD2 scanner, paint gauge, flashlight, tire tread gauge)
- Smartphone with camera and ability to use apps
- Professional communication skills
