CPA Staff Accountant

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Staff Accountant will manage the accounts payable cycle, maintain strong vendor relationships, and collaborate on process improvements in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a strategic and supportive partner Own the day-to-day accounts payable cycle, including company credit card coding and month-end journal entries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement improvement opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or 1-3 years equivalent accounting experience, ideally including AP, GL, and account reconciliations Licensed CPA or studying for CPA Exam preferred Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, sorting/filtering, basic pivot tables)
