### About Vino Bistro

Vino Bistro is a wine bar and restaurant located in Sarasota's Rosemary District. We are expanding our offerings with a weekend breakfast and brunch service and are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bartender/Server to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.

### Work Schedule

**Saturday & Sunday**

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Additional hours may be available for special events or evening shifts.

### Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bartender/Server who enjoys interacting with guests and creating memorable dining experiences. This role is ideal for someone seeking weekend morning hours with excellent tip potential.

### Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve breakfast and brunch menu items efficiently
• Prepare and serve coffee, mimosas, wine, beer, and other beverages as permitted
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
• Maintain clean and organized dining, bar, and service areas
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support team operations during busy service periods

### What We're Looking For

• Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

### Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Wine, beer, or cocktail knowledge
• Experience in a brunch, café, or restaurant environment
• Toast POS experience
