Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Commercial Property Administrator for one of our respected commercial real estate clients. This is a temporary onsite opportunity supporting the day-to-day operations of a premier commercial office property in downtown Seattle. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial property management while providing exceptional service to tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Commercial Property Administrator provides administrative and operational support for a commercial property management team. This role is responsible for coordinating tenant communications, vendor relationships, lease administration, invoice processing, property accounting support, and maintaining accurate property documentation while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the property. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support for daily commercial property management operations
- Coordinate tenant communications, service requests, vendor relationships, work orders, and building maintenance activities
- Process invoices, assist with accounts payable functions, and support property accounting activities
- Maintain lease files, tenant records, vendor documentation, contracts, and other property-related records
- Coordinate vendor contracts and support general office operations while ensuring exceptional tenant service
- Assist with reporting, correspondence, special projects, and additional administrative support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience supporting commercial property management or commercial real estate operations preferred
- Experience with tenant relations, lease administration, vendor coordination, invoice processing, or property operations
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AvidXchange, Prism, or similar property management/accounting software is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This temporary opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation of $31.00–$36.00/hour DOE, company-provided equipment, and the opportunity to support a premier commercial office property with the potential for assignment extension based on business needs.
