CNC Machinist (1st Shift)

Kice Industries is looking for experienced CNC Machinists to work in their Machine Shop on 1st Shift!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading materials from machine, deburring and finishing parts; delivering parts to the proper department.
• Selecting proper machining programs and performing proper set-ups for operations.
• Maintaining prescribed preventative maintenance as required.
• Effectively and efficiently completing operations within timeframe as indicated on the job traveler.
• Safely and properly utilizing and operating an overhead crane, forklift, pallet jack and other authorized lifting devices in order to move parts safely and securely throughout the facility.

Requirements for the position include:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Machinist. Must have experience with both manual and CNC machining.
• Experience with Mazak machines is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to measure parts and adjust programming at the controller.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• General computer knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet other physical requirements needed for the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour

Experience:
