Your Role as a Real Estate Agent with iAD Real Estate

  • Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to maximize conversion and sales.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations that educate and build trust.
  • Show homes, host open houses, and create opportunities from your pipeline.
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close with support.
  • Utilize our CRM and tech tools to stay organized and manage your business efficiently.
  • Engage in trainings, masterminds, and workshops to enhance your skills.
  • (Optional) Grow your own group or team within iAD and earn revenue share.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License in this state (required).
  • Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Comfortable working an entrepreneurial, commission-based schedule.
  • Willingness to attend trainings, use our systems, and be an active part of the community.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Job Type: Part-time and Full-time (1099 Independent Contractor).
  • Compensation: Commission-based; many agents target a range of $48,000 – $200,000+ per year, depending on effort, skill, and production (no income is guaranteed).
  • Schedule:
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Monday–Friday plus some evenings/weekends/holidays as needed for clients.
  • Largely self-determined.

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Commission pay.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Ongoing revenue share that continues as long as you are with iAD (no caps like other revenue share models).
  • All-expense-paid incentive trips.
