What you'll do

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you'll play a key role in producing precision-machined components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using engineering prints and written work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and machining requirements.
• Machine a variety of materials while consistently holding tight tolerances.
• Perform machine setups and make program or tooling adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Document production and inspection information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• At least 4 years of machining experience
• Experience programming and setting up CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience maintaining close tolerances on precision-machined components.
• Experience machining a variety of materials.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and bore gauges.
• Experience with Mazatrol and G-code programming is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits
