Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team! Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new construction clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
  • Prospect actively through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities to identify potential customers.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our construction solutions effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software and sales management systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, negotiating terms effectively, and upselling additional products or services when appropriate.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or related industries.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations independently.
  • Expertise in business development strategies, account management, and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; familiarity with sales management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals confidently in a remote or in-person sales environment.
  • Effective prospecting abilities including cold calling, direct sales approaches, and territory management.
  • Superior communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights for strategic growth.
  • Customer-focused approach with outstanding customer service skills to foster loyalty and repeat business.
