The McGuire Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Enterprise Transformation to lead organization-wide process improvement, operational excellence, technology implementation, and innovation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will partner with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, HR, and IT to improve workflows, drive efficiency, implement new technologies, and support enterprise-wide change.
