We are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner to drive full-cycle, fast-paced recruitment for our on-site Atlantic City, NJ studio. In this dual-focused role, you will aggressively source top talent while creatively leveraging social media platforms to elevate our employer brand and engage active candidate pipelines.

SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition Management: Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process for the Atlantic City studio, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting structured phone/video screens, and coordinating on-site interviews.

Onboarding & Compliance: Own the studio onboarding process, ensuring high-volume new hires are processed efficiently. This includes executing precise I-9 verifications, conducting background checks, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Licensing Coordination: Coordinate and guide candidates through the comprehensive regulatory onboarding process, facilitating the mandatory New Jersey Gaming License application and background checks.

Social media & Employer Branding: Develop, create, and launch compelling content across social media platforms to boost employer branding, highlight studio culture, and drive candidate engagement.

HRIS Data Integrity: Maintain, update, and manage candidate and employee data within internal recruitment platforms and HRIS systems (such as ADP).

Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize advanced sourcing methods (ATS, social recruiting, localized networking, and referral programs) to build proactive talent pools for high-volume studio roles.

Job Architecture: Write inclusive, clear job descriptions, post to targeted local and national channels, and actively source passive talent.

Local Networking: Represent the company on-site and at local job fairs, campus recruiting events, and Atlantic City industry networking events to attract top-tier talent.

Agile Workforce Planning: Respond quickly to shifting business needs, unexpected talent shortages, or periods of rapid studio growth.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with studio hiring managers and department heads to anticipate staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and achieve talent acquisition goals.

Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, positive relationships with active applicants, passive talent, and past employees for future opportunities.

Professional Integrity: Maintain clear, professional communication with management and peers while keeping sensitive and confidential information restricted to authorized individuals.

Studio Support: Perform additional duties as instructed by management to support general studio growth and People & Culture initiatives.

DUCATION & EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Work Arrangement: Must be able to work hybrid schedule at our Atlantic City, NJ studio.

Industry Experience: Must have prior recruitment experience within the gaming or hospitality industry.

Licensing Requirement: Must be eligible and qualified to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License.

Systems Knowledge: Proven familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Onboarding Expertise: Hands-on experience managing employee onboarding paperwork, including mandatory I-9 verifications and employment eligibility compliance.

Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older (regulatory requirement).

Education: Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment.

Dual Skillset: Proven track record of utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) as recruitment tools and business development techniques to build employer brand equity.

Content Creation: Ability to design and draft engaging recruitment marketing content tailored to social channels.

Closing Capabilities: Solid understanding of offer and contract management alongside effective candidate closing strategies.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of US labor regulations, anti-discrimination laws, data privacy, and gaming commission compliance guidelines.

Soft Skills: Strong candidate empathy, a service-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and clear stakeholder management capabilities in a high-pressure environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $68,000 -80,000 (Starting salary is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and prior gaming/hospitality industry experience)

Annual Performance Bonus
