Small law firm specializing in Plaintiff's medical malpractice and personal injury cases has entry level position for receptionist/intake specialist. The perfect candidate will be motivated, reliable, have excellent computer skills, be a great communicator and, most importantly, be a team player. Position pays $25/hour to start. Benefits of the position include health insurance, life insurance, parking, retirement plan, vacation, sick time and paid holidays. Responsibilities
- answering phones, greeting clients/visitors
- intake interviews with potential new clients
- tracking potential clients while their cases are being evaluated, sending decline letters to cases the firm does not take on
- ordering medical records
- updating the case management system with information about new clients
- printing documents for attorneys
- dictation/transcription
- drafting/sending correspondence
Qualifications
- Spanish language is a plus but not required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- organized

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
