Job Title: CNC Machinist & Operator

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Multiple shifts available (Early Morning, Day, and Swing shifts)

As a CNC Machinist & Operator, you'll play a vital role in the production process. You'll work closely with your team to operate, troubleshoot, and fine-tune CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machinist & Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, and saws.
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts within tight tolerances.
• Loading materials, managing production cycles, and maintaining a steady workflow
• Performing routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous CNC machining or operating experience preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
• Mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of shop math.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-minded attitude.
