About Us: Key Debt Recovery is a third-party collection agency based in Orlando, FL. We work with businesses to help recover unpaid accounts through professional collection efforts, documentation, follow-up, and client communication.
We are looking for a reliable part-time administrative assistant to help support daily office operations, data entry, client updates, payment tracking, and campaign preparation.
Responsibilities: The part-time administrative assistant will help with:
- Entering and updating account information in our collection software
- Adding payments and collection activity into our internal tracking systems
- Updating Google Sheets used for revenue, collections, client payments, and account tracking
- Preparing client updates and basic account status reports
- Creating and organizing Google Sheets for text and email campaigns
- Assisting with data cleanup, spreadsheet formatting, and list preparation
- Helping ensure accounts, payments, and client notes are accurate and current
- Supporting general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be:
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
- Organized and able to follow written procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Able to handle confidential business and account information professionally
- Comfortable working with numbers, payment records, and account notes
- Able to work independently after training
Experience in collections, accounting, bookkeeping, CRM systems, or administrative office work is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Schedule: This is a part-time position. Exact days & hours can be discussed. No weekends, no nights. (M-F only)
