Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to Hungarian-speaking Airbnb guests and hosts via phone, email, and live chat channels.

Assist travellers with booking enquiries, reservation modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions within the Airbnb platform.

Guide hosts through platform policies, listing optimisation advice, and best practices to enhance the overall tourism experience for their guests.

Investigate and resolve complaints, disputes, and escalated issues relating to accommodations, payments, and travel experiences, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airbnb's products, services, policies, and the broader tourism industry landscape to deliver accurate and relevant guidance.

Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system, ensuring full compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
