Senior Legal Project Management Analyst

Supporting the service delivery for large clients, the full-time Senior Legal Project Management Analyst will manage project stages, coordinate work portfolios, and identify staffing needs, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with large client engagements by tracking progress, resource allocation, and reporting results to partners and management Identify staffing needs and assign timekeepers to matters based on expertise and capacity Monitor matters for financial success and ensure compliance with clients' outside counsel guidelines Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree or paralegal certification required Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm, including two years with professional employer organizations preferred Previous experience working directly with attorneys in service delivery Familiarity with law firm billing systems and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
