Transforming newly signed and existing clients into high-performing partners, the full-time Account Manager for Payments will manage client relationships, optimize ROI through performance analysis, and lead onboarding processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop existing and new accounts into mutually beneficial partnerships by aligning products with client business goals Lead the payments-focused onboarding process for new clients and ensure technical setups are flawless Present product upgrades and translate client needs into structured feedback for continuous platform improvement Required qualifications 2 years+ experience in the iGaming industry in a customer-facing or account management role Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint B2 English level with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Basic experience with CRM/BI tools and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Basic technical understanding of web services and the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus
