Job Overview
As a German Speaking Junior Recruiter, you will be the bridge between top-tier talent and our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in a supportive, high-impact environment. You will work closely with our People & Culture team to identify, connect with, and welcome new team members who share our passion for excellence. Since you will be engaging primarily with German-speaking markets, your language skills will be used daily to build relationships and ensure we find the right fit for our consulting projects. You will have a direct impact on our culture by helping us grow our community of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and attract candidates for our consulting-focused customer support roles.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews in German to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
Manage the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the offer stage.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to refine recruitment strategies for the DACH region.
Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Represent the PMC Global brand with energy and professionalism to prospective team members.
