We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. This position primarily handles residential service calls while also assisting with maintenance and installations as needed.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Install heating and cooling equipment as needed
Perform system inspections and safety testing
Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to customers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns
Re-check repairs and installations before leaving the job site
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
