Staff Therapist
Role Overview Education & Experience
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (or Occupational Therapy equivalent)
- Current state Physical Therapist or PTA license
- 0+ years of clinical experience as a provider; significant interest and passion around healthcare in pelvic health
- Current BLS Certification
- English-speaking preferred
- Proven financial planning and management skills
- Knowledge of legal, medical, and accreditation compliance
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
- Compassionate, excellent at clinical duties, and patient care
- Able to lift 50 lbs, assist patients, and meet published physical demand norms
Work Environment
- Outpatient women’s/men's/pediatric's pelvic health clinic
- Uses clinic therapy equipment and standard office technology
Exposure Determination
Potential exposure to hazardous substances and blood borne pathogens

- Create and evaluate the effectiveness of departmental programs.
- Maintain excellent standards of physical therapy.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Track and monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Achieve >86% clinic efficiency and other departmental benchmarks.
- Submit agendas, scorecards, and patient reporting consistently.
- Organization, Communication & Planning
- Weekly submission:
Weekly Agenda, Active Patient Reporting, Score Cards
- Attend All Hands and Mentorship Meetings, Quarterly Planning Meeting, Annual Planning Meeting
- Sales & Marketing
- Build/retain professional physician/birthworker relationships with Practice 25 referral
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure Active Patient Reporting and Wellness Checks
- Engage physicians in external relationship-building activities including Reverse Referrals, Surgical Observations, In-clinic Shadowing, Return Patient Visits, and Empower University Events
- Participate in internal practice-building activities including social media posts, Google reviews, Net Promoter Scores, clinic videos, and reactivation campaigns
- Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with state/federal regulations, medical standards, and accreditation
Other Duties
- Daily:
Perform Daily Patient Care and documentation; escalate issues to agenda or director/owner; record items for future discussion; complete daily tasks; maintain energy
- Weekly:
Achieve schedule efficiency, arrival rate, notes submission, clinic efficiency; attend meetings; submit issues or to-dos
- Tasks:
Active Patient Reporting, Coordinate Case Management with Providers, Weekly Agenda, Scorecards, Monitor Clinical Supply Inventory
- Customer Service:
Monitor NPS Scores and Reviews
- Monthly:
One-to-one meetings with Direct Supervisor; discuss core values and productivity issues
- Quarterly:
Planning meetings; review goals; update on clinic care and issues; improve customer experience; update policies/procedures; review Practice 25 Referral Tracker
- Bi-Annual:
Staff Satisfaction Survey; staff performance review
- Annual:
Attend planning meeting; review previous year; set goals; review mission, vision, core values, and staff
