Handyman / Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

ReadyFix is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

We service commercial properties throughout North Carolina and are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems on-site, and complete repairs with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Drywall repair and finishing
• Painting and touch-ups
• Brick, block, and stone repairs
• Basic masonry work
• Lock installation, repair, and replacement
• Door and hardware repairs
• General carpentry
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Flooring and trim repairs
• Caulking, patching, and general property maintenance
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and recommending solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional handyman or maintenance experience
• Strong experience with drywall, masonry, brick, stone, and general repairs
• Experience repairing and installing locks, doors, and hardware
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Clean and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Must provide your own basic hand tools during the probationary period
